This warranty covers defects only and expressly excludes coverage for excessive wear and tear, physical or accidental abuse, loss and theft. For a full refund or exchange, merchandise must be sent within 10 days of receipt, in its original condition and in the original packaging, accompanied by proof of purchase and the appraisal. Shipping & Delivery
Ceylon gems utilizes delivery options provided by EMS or FedEx. A signature will be required at time of delivery and must be signed by someone living at the address. Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.
It usually takes 2-6 days for express delivery and up to 10 days for standard delivery (15 business days for country, rural locations and other countries).
Once we have received your payment, your order will usually be dispatched within 1 to 2 business days provide that all items are in stock and you will receive an email confirmation once it ships. You can also check your order status through our website at any time.
We will notify you via email if there are any delays in obtaining any items on your order.
*Please note that a signature is required for delivery. We suggest having your parcel shipped to your workplace if no one is home during the day to sign for your delivery.
If you leave special delivery instructions you are authorizing the couriers to leave a parcel without a signature. We cannot accept claims for loss or damage in these cases. If no one is home to sign for your parcel it will be delivered to the nearest post office.
